01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the id test online gaming and betting platform accessible at idtest.pro ("Platform"). This document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("User") and id test ("Company").
By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms stated herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Acceptance Deemed to Have Occurred

02 User Eligibility
To use the id test platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration and while using the platform.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

- Not appear on any international financial sanctions list or be prohibited from using online gambling services by the relevant authorities.

Age Verification Warning
Id test enforces a strict identity verification (KYC) process. Any attempt to misrepresent age or identity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.
03 Registration & Account Management
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, an active Malaysian mobile number, and your preferred payment method.
- Each user is only permitted one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action, even if the account was accessed without your authorisation — unless you promptly reported the security issue to us.
- Id test reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other supporting documents.
- Personal information provided during registration must match the identity documents submitted during the KYC process.
04 Deposit & Payment Methods
The id test platform accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a variety of secure and legitimate payment methods. All deposits are processed through encryption-protected channels and credited to your account promptly.
- Accepted deposit methods include: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and local bank transfers.
- The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum daily deposit limit, subject to the limits set by your financial institution.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name. id test does not accept third-party deposits.
- Id test does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution may impose certain charges that are beyond our control.
- If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team and include proof of the transaction.
Instant Deposit
Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are credited within 60 seconds. Deposits via e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are typically completed in under 2 minutes.
05 Fund Withdrawal
Id test is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The withdrawal process is subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the id test account holder — no exceptions.
- The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be approved.
- Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
- Id test reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes, and will notify you via email should this occur.
- Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
06 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers
Id test offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:
- Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus is only available to members making their first deposit. Re-registered accounts are not eligible for this bonus.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Id test reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or suspected fraud is detected.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
Bonus Abuse Policy
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through methods such as bonus arbitrage, multiple account usage, or betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and wins.
07 Game Rules & Betting
All games available on the id test platform use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome. Specific rules for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
- Game results displayed on the id test platform are final and binding.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game, all affected bets will be voided and funds returned to the player.
- Id test reserves the right to void or declare invalid any wager if there is evidence of manipulation, system failure, or incorrect information.
- For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply, even if the odds change afterwards.
- Minimum and maximum bets for each game are set out in the respective game rules and may be changed at the discretion of id test.
08 Prohibited Activities & Restrictions
Users of the id test platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring ownership of your account to another party.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without written authorisation from id test.
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the systems or databases of id test.
- Spreading false or defamatory information about id test to other parties.
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location for the purpose of bypassing geographical restrictions.
Consequences of Violation
Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action if the activity involves financial crime or fraud.
09 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

- Your personal information is collected solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, and service improvement.

- Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
- You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to request its deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The id test platform is provided "as is" and id test makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted platform availability. Our liability limits are as follows:
- Id test is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
- The total liability of id test to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
- Id test is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection failures, user device failures, or other external factors beyond our control.
- Online gaming involves real financial risk. Users are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.
11 Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your id test account at any time by contacting our support team. The account closure process is as follows:
- Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days after the request is received.
- Any valid balance will be returned to your original payment method once the verification process is complete.
- Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
- Id test reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a Terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
- Accounts closed at your own request may be reopened within 90 days by contacting customer support, subject to review.
12 Term Amendments & Applicable Law
Id test reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
- Notice of material amendments will be sent to your registered email address at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
- Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
